By: It is back-to-school time. Children all throughout the DC area are heading back to school, or even starting school for the first time over the next couple of weeks. Metro DC DJs & Entertainment has a variety of programs to assist schools including one where we give back to schools.
We Give Back
If you’re planning a party for any time in the future (and honestly, if you’re planning for the past, I don’t think we can help you), and book us in the months of September or October, we’ll donate 5% to a school of your choice. If you book us for a school event, 10% will go toward that school, or another school of your choice. That 10% can be in the form of a check to the school, or we’ll be happy to contact the school to find out what school supplies they, or their students need the most.
School Programs Give Back 10%
If you book DJ Jarrod and Slapshot through Metro DC DJs*, the Washington Capitals mascot, Metro DC DJs & Entertainment will donate $40 in school supplies or cash to the school.
If you book Metro DC DJs & Entertainment in September or October for a homecoming dance, field day, prom, or spelling bee any time this school year, we’ll donate 10% of the total amount to the school in the form of school supplies or a check.
If you book Metro DC DJs & Entertainment in September or October for any other kind of event such as a corporate holiday party, wedding, birthday party, etc., we’ll donate 5% of the total to a school of your choice, or we’ll be happy to donate to one of the many schools we’ve had the pleasure of working with throughout the area.
