In the hockey world, there was a void left when the Hartford Whalers moved to North Carolina to become the Carolina Hurricanes. While the Hartford Civic Center would go on to host professional hockey, sports fans all over the world feared losing probably the greatest sports theme/fight song of all time, Brass Bonanza. This was the song the Whalers played when they took the ice and scored, and it filtered down to their minor league affiliates too.
Well, a bride in New Haven, Connecticut decided to inject this missing hockey anthem into her father-daughter dance at her wedding. This video is a little corny yes, but you have to salute the bride for bringing the song to her wedding and adding that personal touch.
